Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing

This programme will provide your people with the opportunity to learn, practice and implement stress management and resilience techniques, especially when managing difficult situations at work.

We will also help each participant to build a resilience plan customised to their personal needs to enhance their general wellbeing.

  • Understand potential customer triggers and agitated customers
  • Identify motivations for online behaviour
  • Manage online comments or posts appropriately
  • Manage conflict situations using proven techniques

Managing Responses and Building Resilience:

  • Techniques for wellbeing, including mindfulness and controlled breathing
  • Self-awareness and issue response, including digital and online incidents
  • Prevention of stress overload and stress transfer in the workplace
  • Techniques and real-life scenarios to build resilience

The Resilience Plan:

  • The design and implementation of a personalised resilience and wellbeing plan
